It’s all an intentional move that you must look into. A network is simply a collection of your social, Professional, academic, cultural and family belonging net that you ascribe to and can count on. It’s advised to build this network as you grow up from childhood into adulthood. It’s a little-known reality that making friends becomes harder as you get older. Most people would rather die than consent! However, studies show that adult friendships are few. Largely because Identities have been shaped at this level and flexibility to conform becomes even harder.

How do we get through adulthood without getting sucked into this muck? Naturally, having a work is beneficial. You expand your network and establish new relationships. Having a child, unintentionally, does too! Your circle expands as a result of your kids’ friends, their parents, and so forth. But it’s a hard world for the common Steve or Samie who just wants to make friends.

It turns out that we truly require a network and cannot continue to live alone in your space. Why is that, then? In the first place, we need friends for our general wellbeing and enjoyment. Networks offer Four special benefits:

1. power, And as we are all aware, knowledge is power

2. Access to a variety of skill sets. Your network also helps you build a circle of dependable friends with a variety of expertise who can assist you out when you need it, saving you time, effort, and money.

3. Confidential information. Your access to information that is only known to a select few increases with the size of your network.

4. Finally, your network determines your “net worth,” or, to put it another way, how much power and influence you have both personally and professionally in your community. How much access you have to jobs, Business deals and other actions all depends on the network to even go further even political influence will be determined on your network.

You advance in every imaginable way because of the people you know and how much they care about you. Your network exposes you to new chances, gives you access to more people, strengthens your professional position, and maintains your mental health. It turns into your support system through personal and/or professional low points, acting as a shoulder to weep on or a source of inspiration to get you through. Additionally, it exposes you to fresh viewpoints and ideas, broadening your understanding of the outside world. You succeed because we are and we are because you part of it. Your mission on earth can not exist in isolation we all need each other in one way or the other, together we can.
